What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes unlimited connections, 2 built-in AI models, 500K tokens per month, an encrypted vault, and cross-platform support. No credit card required — download and start connecting.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Both Pro and Team plans include a 30-day free trial. Your credit card is collected upfront but won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. Each account gets one free trial.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately — if you upgrade mid-cycle, you are credited for the unused portion of your current plan.

What happens when my tokens run out?

When your monthly token budget is exhausted, built-in AI features pause until your budget resets on the next billing cycle. Connections, the vault, and all non-AI features continue to work normally.

Do CLI agents and MCP tools use my token budget?

No. CLI agents like Claude Code and Codex use your own provider API key and subscription. They do not consume any Conduit tokens, so your monthly budget is reserved entirely for the built-in AI assistant.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All credentials are stored in a locally encrypted vault with a master password. Two-factor authentication is required for all accounts. Optional cloud backups are encrypted end-to-end. Even we can't read your data.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
